Booking Policy

Terms

 

These are the terms and conditions that apply when you make a booking with Base Tanning.

When making a booking you are confirming your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time and you                  should therefore check them each time you make a booking.

 

Bookings

 

To book a session please book via our website booking system.

To confirm your booking, you must purchase minutes first and then use these to book a session.

Please check that the details of your booking are complete and accurate before you confirm your reservation. We will not be liable if you provide us with incorrect information

 

Cancellations

 

Sessions may be cancelled within 24 hours of the booking time/date and you will not loose any sunbed minutes.

If you cancel a booking less than 24 in advance of your booking time/date you will lose all minutes booked.

We may also cancel your reservation if an event outside of our control (including but not limited to industrial action, explosion, fire, flooding, failure of power and/or water supplies or emergency evacuation)

In this case, we will contact you to let you know as soon as possible and if you have already paid for your session, we will refund your payment to you.

As set out above, we will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations that is caused by an event outside of our control. This does not affect your statutory rights

 

No Shows

 

Should you fail to show up for your session you will not be refunded your minutes.

 

Grace Period

 

You have a 5-minute grace period to attend your booking. If you are more than 5 minutes late we will not hold your booking and you will deducted minutes. Please let us know if you are running late and we will be able to change your session time.

 

Expectations of you

 

You must not:

smoke anywhere inside any the building. This includes the smoking of e-cigarettes, bring any potentially dangerous or hazardous materials or equipment in the building, tamper with any fire alarms or emergency equipment, remove, damage, or destroy any property, cause unreasonable disturbance to our other guests or team.

If you cause damage or loss to any equipment or the property, or otherwise breach any of these terms and conditions, Base Tanning reserves the right to hold you responsible for that damage or loss and you shall be liable to pay on demand the amount required to make good or remedy such damage or loss and refuse future reservations from you.

 

Applicable law

 

These terms and conditions, their subject matter and formation (and any non- contractual disputes or claims) are governed by and construed in accordance with         English law.
